As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in ensuring student welfare, safety, and holistic development within our supportive school community.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and monitor students' physical health, safety, and emotional well-being throughout the school day
- Provide first aid and basic medical support when necessary
- Assist students with personal care needs including hygiene and grooming
- Create and maintain safe, clean, and hygienic learning environments
- Collaborate with teaching staff to support students with special needs and developmental requirements
- Document and report any health or behavioral concerns to management
- Develop positive relationships with students and foster an inclusive atmosphere
- Maintain confidentiality and professional standards at all times
- Secondary school certificate minimum; tertiary education is an advantage
- Professional caregiving or childcare certification preferred
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in educational or healthcare settings
- Valid First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain one
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and strong commitment to child welfare
