About the Role
Adexen has been exclusively mandated by a valued client in the private aviation sector to recruit an experienced, highly skilled Captain. Based in Nigeria with frequent international travel, you will serve as Pilot-in-Command for corporate jet operations, ensuring the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and VIP-level service.
Key Responsibilities- Act as Pilot-in-Command for Bombardier Challenger 604/605 flight operations, ensuring compliance with all international and local aviation regulations.
- Conduct thorough pre-flight planning, including weather assessments, route evaluations, and performance calculations.
- Maintain effective Crew Resource Management (CRM) and foster a proactive safety culture among flight deck crew.
- Coordinate seamlessly with ground handlers, maintenance providers, dispatch teams, and regulatory authorities.
- Ensure the highest levels of passenger comfort, confidentiality, and professional discretion regarding all travel schedules and itineraries.
- Remain adaptable and available for short-notice flight assignments and extensive international missions.
- Valid ICAO Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL) with a current Bombardier Challenger 604/605 Type Rating.
- Minimum of 3,500 total flight hours with verifiable experience in corporate or business aviation.
- Current Class 1 Medical Certificate and valid passport with unrestricted international travel privileges.
- Extensive knowledge of global aviation standards, ICAO regulations, and international flight procedures.
- Impeccable safety record, outstanding leadership abilities, and exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to be based in Nigeria and maintain a flexible schedule accommodating weekend and holiday travel.
