About the Role
Hobark International Limited is a leading player in the oil and gas industry, delivering comprehensive energy support services across multiple global offices. We are currently seeking a highly competent and experienced Captain to oversee vessel operations and ensure safe, efficient, and compliant marine activities supporting our upstream oil and gas operations.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee all daily vessel operations and navigation activities in compliance with company policies and international maritime laws.
- Ensure the highest standards of Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) are maintained across all voyages.
- Manage, mentor, and lead the ship crew to foster a high-performance culture and strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Handle emergency response situations effectively and implement robust safety management procedures.
- Maintain compliance with international maritime standards including SOLAS, MARPOL, STCW, and the ISM Code.
- Liaise with onshore management, clients, and port authorities regarding operational schedules and regulatory requirements.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant marine experience within the maritime or oil and gas industry.
- Hold a valid Master Mariner / Master Unlimited Certificate of Competency (CoC) or equivalent certification.
- Demonstrated expertise in offshore oil and gas marine operations and vessel management.
- In-depth knowledge of SOLAS, MARPOL, STCW, and ISM Code regulations.
- Proven track record in crew leadership, navigation, and emergency response management.
