About the Role

As a Call Verification Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our onboarding and loan application processes through diligent outbound verification calls and strict adherence to internal compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to verify customer information, details, and documentation provided during onboarding and loan applications.
- Perform thorough prequalification checks based on clearly defined internal criteria to mitigate financial risks.
- Accurately document all call outcomes, customer responses, and verification notes in the database.
- Escalate any discrepancies, data inconsistencies, or potential red flags identified during customer interactions to the appropriate team.
- Minimum of 0 to 1 year of professional experience in customer service, customer relations, call center operations, verification, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, professional phone demeanor and strong interpersonal abilities.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and general computer navigation skills.
- Must reside within Ikeja or its immediate environs in Lagos State.
