We are currently seeking a skilled, passionate, and creative Cake Decorator to join our dynamic team and help us bring edible art to life.
Key Responsibilities- Design, bake, and decorate high-end custom cakes, cupcakes, and desserts based on client specifications and company standards.
- Apply advanced cake finishing techniques, including fondant work, buttercream piping, sugar flowers, and edible painting.
- Stay updated with current cake decorating trends, styles, and industry innovations to offer fresh ideas to clients.
- Manage inventory of decorating tools, ingredients, and supplies, ensuring a clean and hygienic workstation at all times.
- Collaborate effectively with the baking and customer service teams to ensure timely delivery and exceptional quality control.
- Handle delicate cake setups and deliveries for events when required.
- Proven professional experience as a Cake Decorator, pastry chef, or similar role with a strong portfolio of previous work.
- Exceptional cake decorating and finishing skills with a keen eye for detail, precision, and overall neatness.
- Demonstrated creativity and an up-to-date understanding of modern cake design trends.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure, manage time effectively, and consistently meet strict deadlines.
- Possess a positive attitude, strong teamwork abilities, and a continuous eagerness to learn and improve.
- Basic knowledge of food safety, hygiene regulations, and kitchen sanitation practices.
