Key Responsibilities- Baking and decorating cakes according to precise customer specifications and company standards.
- Assessing the quality of raw materials and ingredients prior to the baking process.
- Producing a variety of icings, frostings, and cake fillings tailored to different cake types and customer preferences.
- Ensuring display refrigerators are impeccably cleaned, polished, and fully stocked with fresh cakes, pastries, and desserts.
- Maintaining accurate records of baking operations to support profitability and reduce waste.
- Conducting inventory checks for baking and decorating supplies and reordering stock as needed.
- Ensuring the proper handling and storage of all baking utensils, equipment, and appliances.
- Cleaning and sanitizing work areas, ovens, and preparation equipment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborating with the ice cream team during downtime to support overall restaurant operations.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven professional experience in cake baking and advanced decorating.
- Demonstrated knowledge of inventory management, stock taking, and operational record keeping.
- Flexibility to work on a rotational shift basis to meet business needs.
- Reside in close proximity to Ijora, Lagos, or possess the ability to commute easily, as accommodation is not provided.
- Competitive monthly salary of N100,000.
