Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging C.C.A lessons in accordance with the approved school curriculum.
- Encourage student participation in arts, crafts, music, drama, and cultural activities.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and maintaining accurate academic records.
- Create a stimulating, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Organize and coordinate school cultural events, art exhibitions, and related extracurricular activities.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and school management to enhance the overall student learning experience.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student development and academic performance.
- Minimum of NCE, B.Ed, B.A, or B.Sc in relevant fields related to Fine Arts, Education, or Cultural Studies.
- Proven teaching experience in a recognized primary or secondary school.
- Strong passion for imparting knowledge and nurturing creative talents in young learners.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced educational environment.
- Residency around Ilasamaja, Mushin, or accessible locations within Lagos State is an added advantage.
