Radmosa Edu, a foremost educational consulting firm committed to providing well-rounded quality education for children, is currently seeking a talented and dedicated C.C.A / Arts Teacher to join our vibrant academic community. In this role, you will serve as a tutor and nurturer extraordinaire, inspiring students to explore their creative potential while delivering exceptional instruction in the arts.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver engaging, comprehensive C.C.A and Arts lessons that cater to diverse learning styles and age groups.
- Nurture student creativity, critical thinking, and artistic expression within a safe and inclusive classroom environment.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support continuous academic and artistic growth.
- Integrate modern educational technology and digital resources into lesson plans to enhance the learning experience.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership to design and execute school events, art exhibitions, and cultural performances.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance evaluations, and developmental milestones.
- A very good University Degree in Fine Arts, Education, or a related field (A Master's Degree is an added advantage).
- 2 to 5 years of proven teaching experience in a reputable educational institution.
- Exceptional command of subject content with a deep passion for the arts and child development.
- Fully computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and internet research tools.
- Professional certifications or demonstrated working knowledge of the British Curriculum will be an added advantage.
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and classroom management skills.
