Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and comprehensive Business Studies lessons aligned with curriculum standards
- Develop innovative teaching materials and assessment strategies that promote active learning
- Mentor and guide students in understanding complex business concepts and real-world applications
- Foster a classroom environment that encourages critical thinking, collaboration, and intellectual growth
- Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and implement targeted interventions
- Participate in school activities, events, and professional development programmes
- Maintain detailed records of student performance and educational progress
- Bachelor's degree in Business Studies, Economics, Commerce, or related discipline
- Valid teaching qualification or certification (PGDE, NCCE, or equivalent)
- Proven teaching experience at secondary school level
- Strong subject matter expertise and knowledge of current business trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated passion for education and student development
