Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver engaging Business Studies lessons aligned with the national curriculum
- Create a dynamic learning environment that fosters critical thinking and business acumen
- Assess student progress through examinations, assignments, and continuous evaluation
- Mentor and guide students in practical business concepts and entrepreneurial mindsets
- Collaborate with colleagues to implement school policies and educational strategies
- Prepare students for external examinations and certification programmes
- Maintain detailed records of student performance and attendance
- Bachelor's degree in Business Studies, Commerce, Economics, or related field
- Teaching certification or professional qualification in education
- Proven teaching experience at secondary school level
- Strong subject matter expertise and passion for business education
