We are currently looking for a talented and driven Business Process Performance Manager to join our dynamic team in Lagos. In this full-time, on-site role, you will be instrumental in analyzing, designing, and optimizing critical business processes to enhance overall efficiency, service quality, and regulatory compliance across our extensive operations.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate closely with diverse business units to meticulously document workflows and map existing operational processes.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identify operational bottlenecks, and spearhead targeted process improvement initiatives.
- Partner with finance and budgeting teams to ensure process enhancements align seamlessly with strategic financial objectives and cost-optimization goals.
- Lead change management efforts, providing comprehensive training to key stakeholders regarding newly implemented processes.
- Prepare detailed, insightful reports and executive presentations for management to track performance and support data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure the long-term sustainability of process enhancements through continuous monitoring and regular review cycles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related professional discipline.
- Advanced degrees or recognized professional certifications such as Lean Six Sigma or PMP will be a distinct advantage.
- Proven professional experience in process improvement, operations management, or performance management within the financial services sector or a similar regulated industry.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, evaluate performance, and generate actionable insights.
- Strong business relationship management capabilities to foster effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in advanced data analysis tools, Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint), and familiarity with process modeling software.
