About the Role
Flutterwave is seeking a strategic and analytical Business Operations Partner to join our team in Lagos. In this high-impact role, you will serve as the primary accountability interface between our central BizOps function and assigned organizational units, helping to power Africa's digital economy.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as a dedicated Business Operations partner to a defined portfolio of organizational units, building trusted relationships with senior leaders.
- Establish robust governance and operating rhythms, including monthly and quarterly business reviews.
- Monitor strategic initiatives by tracking OKRs, milestones, dependencies, and execution risks.
- Configure and maintain executive dashboards to provide timely visibility into KPI performance and business health.
- Proactively identify execution risks and escalate issues with clear recommendations to leadership.
- Partner with functional leaders during annual and quarterly planning to define objectives and resource requirements.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in strategy, business operations, management consulting, or a Chief of Staff role.
- Proven track record of partnering with C-suite executives and senior functional leaders.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience producing executive-ready materials.
- Familiarity with OKR frameworks, MBR/QBR processes, and corporate governance models.
- Bachelor's degree required; an MBA or equivalent is strongly preferred.
