About the Role
Human Edge Limited, a leading human resource consulting and staffing services company founded in 1989, is recruiting a Business & Operations Manager for our Printing & Branding operations. We seek a commercially-minded operations leader who serves as a strategic bridge across sales, client management, design, procurement, production, finance, and people functions.
As Business & Operations Manager, you will drive revenue growth, enhance operational efficiency, strengthen customer relationships, control costs, and establish scalable systems that enable profitable expansion.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales and business development strategies to grow revenue and market share
- Identify and cultivate corporate, institutional, retail, and individual clients through relationship-building with key decision-makers
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers while monitoring sales pipelines for conversion optimization
- Oversee daily operations, coordinating job workflow from client confirmation through delivery and installation
- Monitor production schedules, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to ensure timely job completion
- Maintain strong client relationships, establish clear expectations, and resolve service issues promptly
- Coordinate procurement of materials and supplies while negotiating competitive pricing with suppliers
- Monitor client satisfaction and develop systems for continuous feedback and improvement
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Operations Management, Marketing, or related discipline
- 5–7 years' relevant experience in business operations, printing, branding, advertising, or manufacturing environments
- Minimum 3 years in supervisory or management position
- Proven ability managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong client relationship management experience
- Strong understanding of printing and branding production processes highly desirable
- Proficiency in business operations, sales, project management, production planning, job costing, procurement, and CRM
