Trendlox Nigeria, an innovative leader in skincare, beauty technology, and oral-care solutions, is seeking a competent, commercially driven, and results-oriented Franchise and Business Operations Manager based in Abuja. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate the development and day-to-day management of our nationwide franchise network, oversee core business operations, and forge strategic partnerships with spas, wellness centers, beauty professionals, and prospective franchise partners across Nigeria. Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the development, rollout, and day-to-day management of the Trendlox franchise network across Nigeria.
- Oversee general business operations to ensure seamless efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
- Build and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with spas, wellness centers, beauty professionals, and investors.
- Coordinate targeted online and offline marketing and promotional activities to drive brand awareness.
- Support franchise recruitment, lead generation, vetting, and comprehensive onboarding processes.
- Represent the company at high-level business meetings, industry events, and networking sessions.
- Identify emerging market growth opportunities and contribute actively to the overall brand strategy.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in franchise management, business operations, or retail expansion.
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with B2B clients.
- Strong understanding of the Nigerian beauty, wellness, or retail technology landscape.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate online/offline campaigns, and hit growth targets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in MS Office and operational software.
- Based in Abuja or willing to resume promptly within the region.
