About the Role
Genesis Specialist Hospital, a leading surgical center in Lagos featuring state-of-the-art operating rooms and comprehensive surgical services, is seeking a dynamic Business Operations Manager to join our team. This full-time, on-site role is based in Ikeja and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on healthcare delivery by ensuring seamless operational efficiency across clinical and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily operational activities and ensure clinical and administrative processes align with organizational goals
- Coordinate effectively with clinical and non-clinical teams to optimize workflow and service delivery
- Monitor key performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency
- Support budgeting, financial planning, and cost control initiatives
- Manage operational risks and prepare comprehensive management reports
- Contribute to program development and implementation while ensuring regulatory compliance
- Support strategic initiatives to enhance patient experience and hospital performance
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Finance, or related field
- Proven expertise in business operations management within healthcare or service-oriented environments
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to use data for decision-making
- Proficiency in program management, budgeting, and financial analysis
- Advanced degree or professional certification (preferred)
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
- Proven leadership and people management experience
- Familiarity with hospital information systems and healthcare regulations
