Key Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue growth and profitability by increasing occupancy rates, retaining clients, and securing new business while overseeing rent collections and budgets.
  • Oversee daily estate operations, including facilities, maintenance, landscaping, and building systems to ensure optimal efficiency and compliance.
  • Manage tenant relations, handle complaints professionally, and enforce lease terms and estate rules in line with Nigerian tenancy laws.
  • Supervise construction and renovation projects, protecting asset value through proactive maintenance and strategic capital expenditure planning.
  • Ensure strict adherence to property laws, building codes, safety standards, and vendor service level agreements.
  • Lead, mentor, and coach cross-functional teams of operations, finance, and security personnel to achieve performance targets.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Estate Management, or a related field; a Master's degree (MBA) is an added advantage.
  • Relevant professional certifications such as RICS, IFMA, PMP, or equivalent will be strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in estate or property management, with at least 3 years in a senior managerial role.
  • Strong working knowledge of Nigerian property laws, tenancy regulations, and tax compliance requirements.
  • Proven expertise in budget management, vendor negotiations, and multi-site operational performance.
