Key Responsibilities- Propose, execute, and manage robust business plans and strategies to achieve management's set objectives.
- Optimally manage all branch resources, including human resources, marketing assets, customer relations, and general operations.
- Provide effective, result-oriented business leadership to ensure sustainable branch growth and profitability.
- Enhance and sustain the company's brand reputation and market presence within the region.
- Drive the actualization of set branch marketing and sales goals by overseeing lead generation and conversion processes.
- Utilize advanced digital marketing skills and social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and public acceptability.
- Continuously research and identify emerging market trends and opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (Second Class Lower / 2.2 minimum) in any relevant field; an MBA with a specialization in Marketing is a strong advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in social media and digital marketing, with at least 1 year serving in a Team Lead or Managerial capacity.
- Background in service-oriented industries such as EdTech, FinTech, Telecoms, Education, or Insurance.
- Must be ICT and social media savvy with proven digital marketing and high-level negotiation skills.
