About the Role
Abuja Clinics, a leading multi-specialty healthcare provider established in 1989 with branches in Karu, Garki, and Maitama, is seeking a motivated Business Development Officer to develop and implement strategic growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical talent with exceptional business acumen to help expand our medical services and achieve organizational revenue goals within the Federal Capital Territory.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic insights into medical service development and competitive positioning within the healthcare sector.
- Create, review, and improve comprehensive business proposals for both existing and prospective clients.
- Perform thorough market research to identify emerging opportunities and pitch innovative ideas to management.
- Engage with executives and stakeholders to establish and execute robust growth strategies.
- Meet with potential clients to present company medical offerings and negotiate favorable business deals.
- Develop and sustain solid, long-term relationships with company stakeholders and valued customers.
- Analyze customer feedback data to ensure high levels of satisfaction with hospital services.
- Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a Business Development Officer or Marketer, preferably within a service or healthcare environment.
- Mandatory NYSC discharge or exemption certificate.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and strong business acumen.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
