About the Role
Bucksway's Leverages and Investments Ltd, a licensed financial institution incorporated in 2017, is dedicated to providing innovative financial convenience and tailored credit solutions to deficit users of funds. We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Officer to join our growing team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding our market presence, cultivating strong client relationships, and achieving our strategic financial targets.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, pursue, and successfully convert new business prospects and high-value financial leads.
- Market and promote our comprehensive suite of loan, deposit, and investment products to prospective clients.
- Build, nurture, and maintain long-term relationships with individual and corporate customers to ensure high retention rates.
- Drive aggressive business development targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor offerings, and new opportunities for financial product expansion.
- Collaborate with internal teams to structure competitive financial packages that meet client needs while managing risk.
- Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven working experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the financial services sector.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales or business growth targets.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal relationship management skills.
- Strong understanding of loan, deposit, and investment products available in the Nigerian market.
