In this role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding our reach, securing vital funding, and forging strategic partnerships that directly amplify the impact of our community and corporate programmes.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and evaluate new sponsorship, funding, and revenue opportunities to support organisational growth.
- Develop and nurture strong corporate, community, and stakeholder partnerships.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with donors, grant-makers, and potential sponsors.
- Identify relevant grant opportunities and lead the preparation of compelling funding applications and proposals.
- Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of fundraising campaigns and related initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative strategies that expand programme reach and community impact.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience in business development, fundraising, grant writing, or partnership management.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong aptitude for proposal writing.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and network effectively with diverse stakeholders and donors.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet critical deadlines.
