About the Role

Alpha Mead Group is a leading Total Real Estate Solutions Company with operations in more than 10 African countries and certified to international standards (ISO 9001:2015) by UKAS. We are currently seeking a driven, highly collaborative, and results-oriented Business Development Officer to fuel our continued expansion. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic client relationships, and securing profitable Total Facility Management (TFM) contracts within the Nigerian market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct continuous market research to pinpoint upcoming commercial and residential real estate projects, corporate relocations, and high-value business leads.
  • Pitch Alpha Mead’s comprehensive hard and soft facility management solutions to corporate executives, developers, and property asset managers.
  • Build and maintain robust relationships with prospective and existing clients to foster long-term loyalty and repeat business.
  • Develop and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, quotations, and relevant sales materials.
  • Participate actively in client meetings, negotiations, and business pitches to successfully secure new service contracts.
  • Follow up consistently on leads, proposals, and market opportunities to drive high conversion rates.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to design tailored solutions meeting complex client needs.
  • Steer commercial deal negotiations, finalize service level agreements, and secure mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all business development activities, pipeline leads, and client interactions.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Estate Management, or a related discipline.
  • 2 to 3 years of proven professional experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or a similar commercial role.
  • Mandatory prior experience working directly within the real estate or facility management industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, alongside modern CRM tools.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
