We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our dynamic team in Nigeria and expand our market reach.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Acquire and successfully onboard new retail and business customers.
- Promote the company's comprehensive suite of financial products and services.
- Maintain strong, lasting relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Meet and consistently exceed assigned business development and sales targets.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and emerging business opportunities.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on business development activities, pipeline, and overall performance.
- Possession of a Bachelor Degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
- Previous working experience in a Nigerian bank or financial institution is a strong added advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to acquire new customers and grow existing client relationships.
- Strong knowledge of financial products, customer acquisition techniques, and sales strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
