About the Role
Coinbox Limited is a multi-dimensional consulting firm providing comprehensive business development and support services to start-ups, SMEs, large enterprises, and cooperatives. As part of a strategic business alliance group with a track record of developing thriving enterprises, we are looking for a results-oriented Business Development & Marketing Officer to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving revenue growth, expanding our corporate client base, and executing impactful marketing campaigns for our diverse portfolio of services.
Key Responsibilities- Drive revenue growth across corporate services, private events, and strategic partnerships.
- Execute targeted cold calling and direct outreach to corporate organizations and high-net-worth clients.
- Manage brand image and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across both digital and offline channels.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders.
- Identify upselling opportunities and ensure exceptional client experiences at every touchpoint.
- Monitor market trends, analyze competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports and actionable insights on sales and marketing performance.
- Bachelor Degree from a recognized university.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in Business Development, preferably within consulting, hospitality, or luxury services.
- Strong sales, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills with a target-driven mindset.
- Good understanding of market operations and client experience management.
- Demonstrated experience in physical brand activations and digital or social media marketing.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
