The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our thriving team in Lagos, Nigeria. In this full-time permanent role, you will manage ACCA operations in the Lagos and West region, building strategic commercial relationships with key stakeholders, employers, universities, and government bodies to enhance our brand reputation and expand our market presence.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive engagement frameworks for partners and stakeholders within the Lagos and West region.
- Lead, inspire, and motivate the business development team by role-modeling ACCA values and fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion.
- Identify and implement high-impact growth opportunities through employer, university, and secondary school partnerships.
- Monitor and drive the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with regional product and channel strategies.
- Establish robust engagement plans with public sector, government, and regulatory organizations.
- Drive new and existing revenue streams with corporate employers to maximize commercial opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage global solutions and make high-value connections within the ACCA ecosystem.
- Demonstrable professional experience in business development and stakeholder relationship management, ideally within education or professional services.
- Strong commercial acumen encompassing sales, brand management, and marketing within B2B and B2B2C environments.
- Solid understanding of public sector engagement and government relations in Nigeria.
- In-depth knowledge of the financial education and skills training landscape.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships at the board level.
