We are currently seeking a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team in Nigeria. This is a field-first, hunter role designed for a motivated professional who thrives on winning new business, forging strategic partnerships, and closing high-value deals in the market.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively identify, prospect, and pursue new business opportunities across corporate and residential clients, contractors, developers, and industry architects.
- Take absolute ownership of the entire sales cycle from initial outreach to successful deal closure with minimal oversight.
- Represent Strivo Labs professionally during site visits, client meetings, and high-impact industry events.
- Build, nurture, and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key clients, referral partners, and critical stakeholders.
- Track sales pipelines, monitor market trends, and report consistently on performance progress against established revenue targets.
- Establish foundational processes, structures, and strategies to lay the groundwork for a future high-performing sales team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a closely related discipline.
- 5 to 10 years of proven professional experience in sales, business development, or commercial growth roles.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding aggressive sales targets and closing complex deals.
- Exceptional self-starter capability with the ability to operate independently, solve problems creatively, and own operational results.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal relationship-building skills.
- Prior experience or familiarity with furniture, interior design, construction, or building materials industries is an added advantage.
