About the Role
Apex Expat Consulting Ltd. helps Nigerians abroad verify property and land, coordinate construction projects, set up businesses, and arrange diaspora concierge and representation in Nigeria with greater visibility and accountability. We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to expand our customer base, build strategic referral relationships, and generate new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities- Identify and proactively reach out to potential diaspora clients through digital channels.
- Generate qualified leads via online platforms, strategic partnerships, and referrals.
- Conduct professional outreach utilizing WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, and telephone.
- Book consultations and discovery calls with prospective clients to understand their needs.
- Follow up consistently to convert inquiries and qualified leads into paying customers.
- Build and nurture lasting relationships with professional associations and referral partners.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline records and update management on market feedback.
- Support promotional activities and marketing campaigns while meeting agreed sales targets.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated persistence, self-motivation, and excellent organizational habits.
- Proficiency in using digital communication tools including WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and email.
- Previous experience in sales, customer acquisition, marketing, or business development.
- Understanding of the unique needs, challenges, and concerns of Nigerians living abroad.
- Ability to work independently toward achieving measurable sales and lead-generation targets.
- No prior real estate or legal expertise required; comprehensive training will be provided.
