About the Role

As a Business Developer in Ogun, you will play a vital role in identifying, engaging, and onboarding merchants onto our financial products by actively interacting with business owners across assigned commercial areas and bustling local markets.
Key Responsibilities- Approach and engage business owners directly in various markets and commercial clusters across Ogun State
- Educate prospective merchants on the immense benefits of digital payment solutions, including Pay With Transfer
- Successfully onboard new merchants and assist them in opening and managing business accounts
- Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly merchant onboarding and transaction targets
- Build and maintain strong, positive customer relationships to encourage active platform usage
- Act as a proud brand ambassador by promoting the company's financial products and services in the field
- No prior experience is required, as comprehensive professional training will be provided
- Must currently reside in or be very familiar with Ogun State and its commercial hubs
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Highly energetic, confident, resilient, and aggressively target-driven
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, field-sales environment with minimal supervision
