About the Role
Vestates Limited, a premier real estate and property management firm in Abuja, is seeking a talented Business and Data Analyst on behalf of the Group. In this dual-function role, you will bridge the gap between deep technical data analysis and high-level business strategy across our diverse operations including real estate, petroleum energy, hospitality, and retail. If you excel at turning raw data into strategic growth drivers and have a sharp eye for market trends, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities- Design and optimize customer acquisition, property procurement, and vendor performance templates.
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple business units to generate comprehensive reports.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI and advanced Excel for executive management.
- Monitor local and international economic trends, delivering daily executive intelligence reports.
- Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and business case analyses for expansion opportunities.
- Track sales team metrics against KPIs and provide data-driven performance insights.
- Identify process automation and cost optimization opportunities across all business units.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, or Management Reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of multi-sector business dynamics.
- Exceptional research skills with a keen interest in current affairs and global markets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Professional certifications such as CBAP, ECBA, or Google Data Analytics are a strong advantage.
