Key Responsibilities- Work closely with the Business Analysis Lead to analyze existing business processes and identify strategic areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams under senior leadership guidance to optimize operational processes for maximum efficiency.
- Utilize data analysis techniques to extract actionable insights into operational performance and business trends.
- Contribute to the development and presentation of comprehensive reports, communicating findings and recommending data-driven decisions.
- Engage with stakeholders to capture, document, and prioritize business requirements across diverse company segments.
- Assist in implementing quality assurance measures and monitoring key performance indicators related to operational quality.
- Identify opportunities for technology integration and collaborate with IT teams to implement robust solutions that enhance business capabilities.
- Act as a collaborative support liaison between various internal functions to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of proven experience working as a Business Analyst in a dynamic environment.
- Mandatory completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities focused on business optimization.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and fundamental project management principles.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail with a steadfast commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Relevant professional certifications will be considered an added advantage.
