About the Role
erpSOFTapp is a team of experienced Business and IT professionals specialising in implementing large-scale enterprise systems for global companies. We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our growing team and help clients transform their business processes through effective Odoo implementations, strengthening their competitive advantage across various sectors and emerging economies.
This role is ideal for a logical thinker who enjoys exploring new industries, markets, and countries, and who thrives on interacting with people. You will work closely with clients and project teams to define, analyse, and document business requirements with a proactive, client-facing approach, ensuring that every project delivers real value and meets the client's brief.
As part of a dynamic project team, you will play a central role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, translating complex requirements into clear, actionable insights that drive successful system delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the development of business cases to support project decisions
- Translate and simplify complex business requirements for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Conduct requirements gathering, analysis, management, and communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Prepare clear written documentation, including technical reports and business specifications
- Perform cost/benefit analysis to support strategic business decisions
- Apply various modelling techniques and methods to represent business processes effectively
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure client requirements are accurately understood and delivered
- Demonstrate strong leadership qualities while communicating confidently and articulately with clients and colleagues
- Travel as required to meet client needs across different regions and markets
- A graduate degree in any discipline; a background in social sciences is preferred
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant job experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing ability
- Proven experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- Willingness to travel as part of project delivery
