In this role, you will bridge the gap between our business objectives and technical execution, helping business owners and individuals succeed through practical learning experiences and robust systems.
Key Responsibilities- Define reporting and alerting requirements to track key performance metrics effectively.
- Own and develop relationships with key partners, working collaboratively to optimize and enhance our integration processes.
- Help design, document, and maintain efficient system processes across various business units.
- Analyze and report on common sources of technical issues or customer questions, making actionable recommendations to the product team.
- Communicate key insights and data-driven findings clearly to the product team to drive innovation.
- Constantly look for innovative ways to improve monitoring, discover operational issues, and deliver greater value to our customers.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience working as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in defining reporting requirements and documenting system processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a strong customer-first mindset.
- Ability to translate complex technical insights into clear, actionable business strategies.
