We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Analysis Associate to join our intern coaching program. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the next generation of business analysts by providing expert guidance, mentoring, and practical training. You will help bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and real-world business execution, ensuring our interns gain the confidence and competence needed to excel in the global job market.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct engaging regular team meetings and targeted one-on-one coaching sessions to provide personalized guidance on business analysis projects.
- Share industry best practices, methodologies, and standards relevant to modern business analysis and strategic decision-making.
- Develop comprehensive case studies, well-guided solutions, and recorded video walkthroughs demonstrating requirement-gathering techniques and process improvements.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to participate in outreach initiatives and lead free informational sessions that attract prospective interns.
- Monitor intern progress continuously, offering constructive feedback on skill development and hands-on project execution.
- Proven professional experience as a Business Analyst, Consultant, or similar analytical role.
- Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, requirement gathering, process mapping, and data-driven problem solving.
- Exceptional communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills with a passion for mentoring and education.
- Ability to create structured learning materials, including case studies and instructional video content.
