About the Role
Efficacy Construction Company is a leading real estate development and building construction firm committed to delivering professional, high-quality projects. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Builder to join our dynamic team in Lagos and oversee critical on-site operations for our upcoming residential and commercial developments.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and execute on-site construction planning and daily operations.
- Coordinate construction activities to ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Work collaboratively with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors with minimal supervision.
- Maintain strict quality control and ensure high attention to detail across all building phases.
- Enforce Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards rigorously on site.
- Provide clear oral and written progress reports and presentations to stakeholders.
- Holder of an HND in Building Technology only.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven professional experience in building and construction.
- Strong expertise in on-site construction planning and management.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong oral, written communication, and presentation abilities.
- Good understanding of HSE duties and safety protocols.
- Residing within the Ibeju-Lekki axis will be an added advantage.
