Key Responsibilities- Design robust bridges and related transportation infrastructure, ensuring maximum safety, long-term durability, and full compliance with international and local engineering standards.
- Conduct comprehensive load analyses, appropriate material selections, and thorough structural evaluations for various bridge designs.
- Prepare detailed blueprints, accurate 3D models, and comprehensive technical specifications for on-site construction teams and project stakeholders.
- Coordinate seamlessly with architects, civil engineers, and project managers to ensure complete design feasibility, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery.
- Oversee the design life cycle from initial concept through to construction completion, making necessary adjustments based on dynamic site conditions.
- Ensure all structural plans strictly adhere to environmental regulations, occupational safety codes, and specific client requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
- 2 to 3 years of hands-on professional experience specializing in bridge design and structural engineering.
- Demonstrated proficiency in industry-standard design software such as AutoCAD and Revit, alongside structural analysis tools like SAP2000 or STAAD.
- Strong, practical understanding of modern bridge construction methods, advanced materials, and fundamental load-bearing principles.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail when resolving complex structural engineering challenges.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams and present technical reports to stakeholders.
