We are currently recruiting an experienced and results-driven Bricklayer Supervisor to join our clients dynamic construction team in Lagos, Nigeria. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in overseeing bricklaying operations, ensuring that all projects are executed to the highest standards of craftsmanship, efficiency, and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise bricklayers, artisans, and laborers on daily construction site operations.
- Ensure the quality, accuracy, and timely completion of all bricklaying and block-laying projects.
- Interpret complex construction drawings, blueprints, and precise architectural measurements.
- Monitor the efficient usage of construction materials to minimize waste and control project costs.
- Enforce strict site safety compliance and adherence to health regulations.
- Coordinate seamlessly with site engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in bricklaying supervision or a similar construction role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of block work, modern construction processes, and site management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team of construction workers.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and practical problem-solving skills.
- Candidates residing around the Oshodi-Isolo axis in Lagos will have an added advantage.
