About the Role

We are currently looking for a skilled Brewing Artisan to maintain, repair, and optimize plant machinery and associated devices. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring maximum plant availability and superior product quality at minimum cost, all while upholding our stringent safety standards.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain a safe, healthy, and risk-free working environment in compliance with company standards.
- Perform routine and corrective maintenance on plant equipment and associated devices.
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot all machinery utilized in the brewing process.
- Optimize plant processes and equipment systems to reduce wastage and maximize resource efficiency.
- Ensure all assigned maintenance tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Participate in standby duty rosters as required by operational demands.
- Minimum of an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience working within a fast-paced production or manufacturing environment.
- Prior experience working with brewery brewing plants will be a distinct advantage.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and technical communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to train, coach, and mentor machine operators.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills with strong self-management practices.
