Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive brand and marketing strategies to increase company visibility and drive business growth.
- Manage and grow all company social media platforms through engaging, consistent, and high-quality content creation.
- Design compelling marketing materials including flyers, banners, social media creatives, presentations, and promotional assets.
- Monitor digital trends and audience engagement metrics to continuously improve online presence and campaign performance.
- Plan and coordinate brand activations, marketing campaigns, and corporate events.
- Ensure strict brand consistency across all internal and external communication channels.
- Conduct relevant market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to support lead generation and customer acquisition efforts.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A valid NYSC Discharge Certificate or Exemption Letter is strictly required.
- Strong working knowledge of social media growth strategies and digital marketing principles.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or equivalent software.
- Excellent content creation, copywriting, and verbal communication skills.
