About the Role
Bolton White Hotels & Apartments, located centrally in Abuja near the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport and key landmarks, is seeking a talented and versatile In-House Content Creator. In this role, you will bring our luxury hospitality brand to life by conceptualizing, shooting, writing, and editing engaging multimedia content that educates, entertains, and inspires our audience while building strong brand loyalty.
Key Responsibilities- Produce high-quality visual and written content, including short-form videos for Reels, TikToks, and Shorts, alongside professional photography and graphics.
- Handle the complete content lifecycle from scripting, filming, and interviewing to post-production editing, copywriting, and final publishing.
- Brainstorm and pitch creative content concepts and campaigns aligned with our brand voice and marketing objectives.
- Partner closely with marketing and social media teams to support ongoing hospitality campaigns and brand initiatives.
- Monitor audience comments, feedback, and digital trends to adapt strategies in real-time and maximize reach.
- Organize, edit, and maintain an up-to-date digital library of all raw footage, photos, and brand assets.
- Degree in Communications, Film/Media Production, Journalism, Marketing, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Two to five years of professional experience in content creation, videography, or digital storytelling with a required portfolio.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve, plus basic design tools.
- Hands-on expertise working with professional cameras, lighting equipment, and external audio setups.
- Strong storytelling abilities with a sharp eye for visual composition and current internet culture.
- Ability to manage multiple creative projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
