About the Role

We are currently seeking dynamic and experienced Branch Managers to lead our branch operations, inspire high-performing teams, and drive aggressive business growth across our locations in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise, mentor, and coach Loan Officers to achieve individual and collective performance targets.
- Drive strategic customer acquisition initiatives and foster continuous loan portfolio growth.
- Monitor daily branch performance metrics and implement corrective strategies to ensure target achievement.
- Oversee rigorous loan recovery processes to maintain healthy portfolio quality and minimize default rates.
- Prepare comprehensive branch reports and ensure strict adherence to internal policies and regulatory compliance.
- Possession of a minimum of an HND or B.Sc. degree in any relevant discipline.
- Proven professional experience in a leadership, supervisory, or management capacity.
- Demonstrated expertise in business development, sales, and effective people management.
- Prior working experience within the microfinance or broader financial services sector is a distinct advantage.
