About the Role
Workforce Group is partnering with a leading insurance company in Nigeria to recruit an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving business expansion, executing strategic marketing initiatives, and leading a talented team to achieve exceptional revenue growth across your designated location.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and business development strategies to secure new accounts and expand existing portfolios.
- Lead daily branch operations to consistently achieve and exceed annual business targets of NGN 250M.
- Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with high-value clients and key industry stakeholders.
- Drive customer acquisition, enhance retention rates, and ensure the delivery of exceptional service standards.
- Mentor, manage, and motivate branch personnel to foster a high-performance work culture.
- Identify emerging market opportunities and implement localized growth initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Master's degree or relevant professional certifications will be a strong added advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 to 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and successfully executing business growth strategies within the insurance sector.
- Deep understanding of insurance marketing principles, industry trends, and regulatory best practices.
