About the Role
Hoganguards Limited (formerly Guardsmark Nigeria Limited), a premier industrial security provider operating across major Nigerian cities since 1981, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager. In this pivotal role, you will oversee overall branch operations, ensure exceptional security service delivery, drive client satisfaction, maintain regulatory compliance, and achieve strategic business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day branch operations, administration, and resource allocation to ensure optimal efficiency and cost control.
- Manage the deployment, supervision, and performance of security personnel across multiple client locations.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures, and industry security standards.
- Monitor guard attendance, discipline, conduct, and professional appearance through regular site visits and inspections.
- Maintain strong client relationships by promptly addressing service concerns, complaints, and operational issues.
- Coordinate incident responses, thorough investigations, proper documentation, and necessary follow-up actions.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive branch, operational, incident, and performance reports to upper management.
- Identify operational risks and implement proactive measures to enhance security service delivery.
- Support the recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of branch personnel.
- Drive local business development and client retention initiatives to expand market share.
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, Security Management, or a related field.
- 5 to 10 years of relevant operational or management experience, preferably within the private security industry.
- Proven expertise in managing security personnel, client accounts, and multi-site operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of security operations, risk assessment, and incident management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and operational report writing.
- Professional security or management certifications will be a distinct advantage.
