LEAD Enterprise Support Company Limited, a foremost Human Resources Solutions organization, is seeking an experienced, result-driven, and highly motivated professional to join our team as a Branch Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, profitability, operational excellence, and market penetration within their assigned location while promoting inclusive insurance solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Drive branch sales performance to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual premium and policy targets.
- Lead, supervise, coach, and motivate branch staff to build a high-performance culture focused on accountability and teamwork.
- Oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and strict compliance with NAICOM regulations and company standards.
- Establish and manage strategic partnerships with cooperatives, trade associations, SMEs, and community groups to boost customer acquisition.
- Manage branch budgets, resources, and operational expenses effectively while preparing accurate financial and performance reports.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, regulators, and key stakeholders to resolve escalated service issues promptly.
- Bachelor Degree in Insurance, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Professional insurance certification such as ACIIN, ACII, or equivalent will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Insurance, Microinsurance, Banking, or Financial Services, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Proven track record in sales, business development, team leadership, and revenue generation.
- Strong understanding of insurance operations, underwriting, claims management, and regulatory frameworks.
