Key Responsibilities- Execute a wide variety of professional hair braiding styles, including box braids, cornrows, knotless braids, twists, and Ghanaian weaving with precision and speed.
- Consult with clients to understand their styling preferences, hair type, and desired look, offering expert recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workstation in compliance with salon hygiene standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure every client enjoys a relaxing and satisfying salon experience.
- Prepare hair for braiding by washing, conditioning, detangling, and blow-drying as required.
- Proven professional experience as a Hair Braider, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse braiding techniques.
- In-depth knowledge of natural hair care, scalp health, and proper maintenance for various braid types.
- Exceptional dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to stand for extended periods while working.
- Friendly personality, excellent communication skills, and a customer-first attitude.
- Relevant training or certification in cosmetology or hair styling is an added advantage.
