Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate daily batching plant operations to ensure optimal efficiency, productivity, and adherence to project timelines.
- Manage, mentor, and lead on-site operational teams, fostering a culture of safety, collaboration, and high performance.
- Monitor the quality of concrete and raw materials to ensure strict compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and coordinate timely maintenance and troubleshooting with the technical team to minimize downtime.
- Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies across the batching plant to maintain a zero-incident work environment.
- Maintain accurate daily production logs, material inventory records, and operational reports for management review.
- Proven professional experience in batching plant operations, preferably within the Nigerian construction or engineering sector.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with prior experience in supervising, training, and motivating site teams.
- Strong technical understanding of batching plant machinery, calibration processes, and quality control procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with project managers, suppliers, and field workers.
