Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, high-quality Biology lessons to secondary school students in alignment with both Nigerian curricula and international standards.
- Prepare comprehensive lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and foster critical thinking.
- Conduct practical laboratory sessions to reinforce theoretical concepts and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Assess and evaluate student progress through quizzes, exams, and continuous coursework, providing constructive feedback.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and orderly classroom environment conducive to effective teaching and spiritual growth.
- Participate actively in school extracurricular activities, staff meetings, and professional development programs.
- Possession of a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed), B.Sc with PGDE, or equivalent in Biology or a related science discipline.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of verifiable teaching experience in a reputable secondary school.
- Proven and demonstrable experience working with both WAEC/NECO and IGCSE curricula.
- Strong classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
