Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned Biology lessons to secondary students
- Create a dynamic learning environment that fosters scientific inquiry and practical investigation
- Conduct laboratory practicals and ensure student safety in science facilities
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the school's science programs
- Participate in school management and co-curricular activities
- Maintain detailed lesson records and academic documentation
- Bachelor of Education (B.ED) or Bachelor of Science in Education (BS.ED) in Biology or related field
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in secondary school management and teaching
- Strong subject matter expertise and pedagogical skills
