Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and comprehensive Biology lessons in alignment with the approved curriculum.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support academic improvement.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment that aligns with the moral standards of the institution.
- Participate in school extracurricular activities, departmental meetings, and professional development programs.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and behavioral development.
- Minimum of an NCE or B.Sc. in Biology or a directly relevant subject.
- Demonstrated passion for teaching, mentoring, and holistic student development.
- Proficiency in ICT and digital learning tools will be an added advantage.
- Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
