Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and effective Biology lessons aligned with curriculum standards
- Create a nurturing learning environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking
- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans using varied teaching methodologies
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement
- Utilize technology and digital tools to enhance classroom instruction and student engagement
- Mentor and support students in their academic and personal development
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain educational excellence and institutional standards
- University degree in Biology or related field (Master's degree is highly advantageous)
- Demonstrated expertise and deep subject-matter knowledge in Biology
- Proficiency in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong internet research and digital communication skills
- Certification in British Curriculum or international educational frameworks (preferred)
- Exceptional mentoring and nurturing capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
