About the Role
inq., a leading global provider of innovative Edge AI, IoT, and Cloud solutions, is seeking a diligent and analytical Billing and Revenue Assurance Analyst to join our dynamic finance team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a critical part in safeguarding our financial health by identifying revenue risks, monitoring billing systems, and ensuring seamless transaction processes for our growing clientele.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain comprehensive customer billing records and process all billing transactions accurately.
- Monitor customer accounts by tracking invoice statuses and managing past-due invoices as well as failed billings.
- Ensure that customer contracts seamlessly align with actual billing records and that all active circuit IDs on the network are billed.
- Issue necessary billing adjustments and prepare accurate, up-to-date credit notes.
- Investigate and resolve missing or conflicting billing data while reporting process flow issues to the Billing Manager.
- Interface proactively with internal teams including Customer Service, Accounts, Business Development, and Service Management to resolve inquiries.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related numerate discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of post-qualification experience in billing, revenue assurance, or financial operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with strong data analysis capabilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and public speaking skills.
