About the Role
Growth Partner Intermediaries Limited, a premier HR consulting firm, is currently recruiting a dedicated and reliable Bike Rider on behalf of our client. In this dynamic role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring seamless logistics operations and exceptional customer satisfaction through prompt and safe delivery services across designated Lagos routes.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of food orders to customers within Ikotun and surrounding areas.
- Provide reliable operational support to maintain smooth logistics workflows and high customer satisfaction.
- Perform routine checks and maintain the assigned delivery bike in excellent working condition at all times.
- Strictly adhere to road safety standards, traffic regulations, and company policies during all transit operations.
- Coordinate efficiently with dispatch teams to optimize delivery routes and minimize transit times.
- Possession of a valid rider’s license and deep familiarity with Lagos road networks, particularly Ikotun and environs.
- Proven professional experience working as a bike rider, preferably within the dispatch or food delivery sector.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet strict daily deadlines.
- Must be highly reliable, punctual, safety-conscious, and of proven integrity.
